Last updated September 16, 2026. Rilassati Women's Retreats respects the women and families who trust us. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, such as:
- Your name, email address and phone number when you use a form or write to us
- Your message, and any story you choose to share
- Your email address if you ask to hear about membership or events
We do not ask for medical records, and no form requires you to share details of a diagnosis.
How we use it
To respond to you, to send updates you asked for, to plan and run our programs and events and, with your written permission, to share a story you submitted. We do not sell or rent your information.
Health information
Some people choose to tell us about a diagnosis, a loss or their health. We treat that information with extra care, limit who can see it to the people who need it to help you and never publish it without your written permission.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run this site, such as our website host, our form service, our email service and, when giving opens, our donation platform. They handle your information only to provide those services.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Children
This site is meant for adults. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's permission to share a story or volunteer.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to respond to you or serve you. You can ask us at any time to update or delete what you shared.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, and you can ask us what we hold about you.
