Blue Hearts Brunch is a late-morning gathering of food, music and fellowship. We come together to raise awareness of diabetes, share information people can trust and stand with the neighbors who manage it every day, so that no one carries it alone.

Living with diabetes

Anyone managing diabetes, or anyone who has been told their numbers are creeping up.

The people who love them

Come with a spouse, a parent or a friend. Managing diabetes goes better when the people at home understand it too.

Anyone curious

No diagnosis, membership or health background needed. Just come curious and hungry.

When is the next Blue Hearts Brunch?

Saturday, November 14, 2026, at noon, at the Port Arthur Civic Center. Tickets are $40, or $320 for a table of eight. Tickets are on sale now through Eventbrite.

Do I have to have diabetes to come?

No. Families, friends and anyone who wants to learn are welcome.

Will the food work for someone managing diabetes?

The brunch is built around eating well together. If you have specific dietary needs, tell us when you reserve and we will do our best to help.

Is this medical advice?

No. We share general education and encourage everyone to talk with their own doctor about their care.
