Our story
It began in 2002, in a living room in Port Arthur.
Dr. Winifred Frelow, a respected educator, opened her home to women in her parish who were facing breast cancer alone. That circle became Winners For Life, and she led it until she passed in 2013.
That same year, her daughter, Tracey Young, founded Rilassati Women's Retreats. Today it carries her mother's work forward across Southeast Texas, on one belief: women carry each other through the hardest seasons, and no one should carry them alone.

Our founder
Started by a woman, for women.
Tracey Young founded Rilassati to give women a place to exhale. That spirit guides everything we do, from a brunch table to a survivorship celebration. We meet women where they are, and we stay.
